I am brand new as of last week to your products so I am looking forward to reading posts and of course contributing when I have something to say.
I have to say so far the support has been outstanding, very quick to reply and look at minor issue I raised.

Yeah thats the idea – maybe we can have a forum to share designs/ideas? We want to create some layouts and child themes for you all – just need to find the time 😀 haha.

Sorry – a production site, as opposed to the dev(elopment) site I have for myself.
Yes, a “share your designs / what do you think of this” idea forum would be good and a tech questions one that the other two posts can be moved to or the list of topics will get out of hand real quick 🙂
Also, is there an email me when my thread is updated feature on this forum?
I have added the “Design Inspiration / Feedback” forum – can you add your topic there and we can chat – what is the difference between a production and development site?
I have also added a “get notification/subscription” link at the top of each forum/topic – does this work?
The ideea to create a dedicated forum is great and I strongly belive that it will be helpful for everyone. As more people will post here issues and you can see how it was fixed, you will have less tickets opened and more time to develop new amazings features.

Thanks for the kind words and encouragement.
Yes the idea is to help with support but mainly have you guys in mind. It will be much quicker (especially on weekends) if you have an issue and can find it here rather than having to get support and wait to hear back (even if it is an hour)
