The forum is terrible in it’s UX/UI.

I did a search for ‘variation price’, and found one post that I wanted to follow up with for a possible resolution, as I was having the same trouble with the add to cart module still showing variation prices despite having the selector turned on to ‘turn off variation prices’.

After the search, I found the one post that asked the same question, BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO VIEW THAT THREAD! How in the world to get into that particular thread? I tried clicking on the name of the person who posted that comment to check their profile and see if I could link that way, and it takes me to the homepage of support forum. Useless!

There is no pagination in the support forum, either, to scroll through the recent topics.

Super frustrating to use to say the least.

Update: It was because there was only one post that there was no way to delve deeper. After I added a thread mentioning the term searched, the threads popped up separately, and I could delve into those threads.

Ok thanks for this suggestion – I will take a look at this and see how we can better show this. Maybe number of replies etc? – what do you think?

It seems to be when only a reply is pulled up that there is no way to comment. Going back to the thread allows for commenting.

For instance, when I clicked on the reply email link: https://forum.diviengine.com/reply/7607/

it pulls up the reply, however, the ability to comment back is not available unless I go back into the thread. Did that make sense?

Yeah I get you. Let me look at how we can make this better. Thanks for the help!
