    Hola!

    I noticed a quirk with the breadcrumbs module.

    I have specific categories set on the products for the primary category, and this is done for SEO purposes. I couldn’t figure out why some of the rankings were dropping, and I think this is one reason.

    Currently, the breadcrumbs are taking the first category by alphabet instead of the primary category.

    Is there any way to amend this?

    Example: on my site, the crumbs go like this currently: Home / Shop / CBD By Health Benefits / MUSCLE SORENESS / Happy Buddha Double Strength Coconut CBD Muscle Rub

    However, it should display as: Home / Shop / CBD Lotions / Happy Buddha Double Strength Coconut CBD Muscle Rub , since the primary category is set to CBD Lotions. it displays as CBD by Health Benefits because that is, alphabetically, the first category. Then it delves into the subcategories.

    Thank you!

    Does this happen when Divi BodyCommerce is de-active?

    It does actually happen with the plugin deactivated. Will try to figure it out!

    After a day of research, I found out what could be done.

    We use Yoast for the SEO, and I ended up using a text module and adding their shortcode for breadcrumbs noted here: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/implement-wordpress-seo-breadcrumbs/

    Thank you so much for your help and an awesome plugin!

    Hello DiviEngine community,

    before installing the DiviEngine, i had a custom code included into [functions.php] to display Yoast breadcrumbs instead of Woo breadcrumbs. Now after installing DiviEngine, the .G Breadcrumbs module shows the Woo breadcrumbs again.

    It’s good news that WellspringCBD.com was able to solve it, but since i have close to zero HTML/CSS expertise, I would appreciate your kind guidance:

    IF THIS IS THE CODE:

    <?php
    if ( function_exists(‘yoast_breadcrumb’) ) {
    yoast_breadcrumb( ‘<p id=”breadcrumbs”>’,'</p>’ );
    }
    ?>

    …THEN WHERE SHOULD I PASTE IT?

    Thakns a lot,
    Friendly regards,
    Alex

    Hi Alex,

    Try adding the following in the text module and it should work
