I am locked out of support and my account on Divi Engine
i am in the exact same situation, impossible to log in my main account, i have reset the password several times but no change.
At the same timet it is not possible for me to update divi bodycommerce in the wordpress backend.

thank you for prompt reply, i just give it a try with Safari and Chrome and it’s ok
Give it a try with Firefox private mode and it’s ok too, so certainly a cache problem or something else with my “current” firefox page
Update Divi Bodycommerce is not possible in the wordpress backend with none of the 3 browsers that i tried (but now i can connect to my account i can update by FTP).

I can see the update but i can not update, this is the message i receive :

I can update all my plugins, only this one is not cooperative
