    Hi Pete,

    Ever since the launch of the forum, I am unable to log into my account or support. I have reset my password twice, and the new password works here, just not on your main site.

    Any ideas?

    Hello,

    i am in the exact same situation, impossible to log in my main account, i have reset the password several times but no change.

    At the same timet it is not possible for me to update divi bodycommerce in the wordpress backend.

    Any solution?

    I think it might be related to the new setup (I have linked logins from the main site to here)

    Can you try in incognito window or clear your cache, does that help?

    Hello,

    thank you for prompt reply, i just give it a try with Safari and Chrome and it’s ok

    Give it a try with Firefox private mode and it’s ok too, so certainly a cache problem or something else with my “current” firefox page

    Update Divi Bodycommerce is not possible in the wordpress backend with none of the 3 browsers that i tried (but now i can connect to my account i can update by FTP).

    When you say not possible – is it not updating or not showing an update?

    Try go to dashboard > updates and click on “check again”

    Does this work?

    I can see the update but i can not update, this is the message i receive :

    Une erreur est survenue lors de la mise à jour de Divi BodyCommerce : Le téléchargement a échoué. Forbidden

    I can update all my plugins, only this one is not cooperative

    I can open a ticket if you prefer, i don’t want to pollute the forum.

    Yh please email @diviengine.com">support@diviengine.com – can you let me know the order number from the license key so I can check?
