I’m sure that BodyCommerce has this functionality, but i can’t find it!

I’m trying to build a dynamic product page which has thousands of unique products. They are ‘printable’, so the true physical product is the image which is recorded in Woocommerce as a product but printed onto a t-shirt or a mug or whatever.

What I want to try and achieve is a page which shows the image and a description, but then has a listing in a text dropdown, the various physical products that can be bought with their individual prices, so t-shirt – Price 1, Mug – Price 2 etc. Ideally, I want to be able to have it sub-divided too so I can show S/M/L/XL for t-shirt sizes etc.

How do I achieve this please?

    Thanks a lot.

Yes you can do this. Create a custom loop layout (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mLiUJ_hvBjE) and inside the add to cart module, there is a setting to show the variations on the category page.

Let me know if this helps 😀

Thank you – and for being prompt. It helps, but it doesn’t quite get me there and I’m sure that it is my ignorance rather than the software. I can’t find a ‘Getting started with BodyCommerce’ type document which I think I need. I understand, for example that I need to build two separate Divi layouts, one Archive and one Product Loop, but the terminology is confusing me which is why I think I need the ‘Getting Started’ document if it exists.

Is ‘layout’ in this context the same as a ‘page’ or a ‘template’ or both (or a subset of both) and, in Divi Engine language, what is the difference between a Product Page a Product Layout and a Product Template, and similarly if I substitute the word ‘Category’ for ‘Product’ or ‘Shop’ for ‘Product’.

Also, what is the Divi Engine definition of Archive please? To me an archive is generally a backup which is generally remote and accessible, but only if strictly necessary, but I have a feeling that is not how Divi Engine uses the term.

Also by ‘inside the add to cart module, there is a setting to show the variations on the category page.’ is that the ‘Enable variation options on archive page’?

Sorry for the catalogue of questions – I feel a bit too much of an embarrased novice here!

    Thanks in advance.
